Having lived near the area landfill for over 30 years, I have been convicted to contribute as little to "Trash Mountain" as possible. So, we began to separate recyclable items from tin & cardboard all the way up to electronics from what we send to the landfill a long time ago. I’ve never had any issues with service other than the pickup comes at varying times of day. The only time this caused me to miss pickup, customer service was generous enough to arrange another pickup the next day even though it was outside my schedule.

Love that there is a recycling provider in my area. After years of no recycling provider, I was surprised to see that at least 70% of my trash was actually recyclable. They are a startup company, so they consolidated their customer service to email only. If you’re patient, they will get back to you in a few days and address your concern. As they grow, they’ll be able to expand their services.

Moving to Tennessee from Chicago, I was used to having a large container to use for recycling so I was surprised to see that wasn't an option. Recyclops was the only option I had found with the convenience of not having to travel to recycle. You literally leave it at the end of your driveway and they do the rest. I do wish they'd provide something better than bags to put everything in so hoping that will be an option down the road. If you want to recycle, they are the way to go right now!
