Recyclops was busy this October helping out in your communities and neighborhoods! Here’s what we were up to during spooky season:

Bowling Police Trunk or Treat

We were honored to be a part of the amazing turn out at the BGPD Trunk or Treat this year. It was officially the largest Trunk or Treat with around 2,300 trick-or-treaters coming through! Recyclops was there (with candy of course) to help get Bowling Green residents signed up for recycling pick ups. We are thankful for the BGPD and the community for putting together such a fun event!

South Central Kentucky College Golf Scramble

Recyclops was honored to be a part of the annual South Central Kentucky College Golf Scramble in Bowling Green. We were able to sponsor the golf carts and the Men’s Longest Yard competition. The scholarship scramble hosted 88 players and raised over $22,000 for scholarships.

Historic Rail Park Museum Haunted Lantern Tour

Bowling Green’s annual Haunted Lantern Tour is just what Recyclops needed to get into the spooky spirit. Recyclops was thrilled to sponsor this spooky, family-friendly event the last 2 weekends of October. The tours have been entertaining Bowling Green residents since 2015 and have raised over $38,000.

Chesapeake Chubby’s Pumpkin Festival

Did you see Recyclops at Chubby’s Pumpkin Festival? We were there getting Chesapeake locals signed up for recycling pick ups while enjoying the beautiful fall weather. Chubby’s Pumpkin Festival hosts Hampton Roads largest inflatable playground, as well as carnival rides, live music and your favorite fall snacks.
