Operations

When is my next pickup?
Please head here to find your location and then scroll to the “Pickup schedule” section.
What recycling is accepted?

We take all recycling to a recycling facility where it is sorted and processed. Because each facility dictactes what they will accept, please check your location page for the most up-to-date and complete list of what is accepted for your location.

Below is a list of some universally accepted and not accepted materials everywhere we operate:

Accepted:

  • Paper
  • Cardboard
  • Plastic bottles – empty and replace caps
  • Plastic containers
  • Metal (aluminum or steel) cans & containers

Not Accepted:

  • Any of the above Accepted items that still have food or grease on or in them
  • Styrofoam
  • Plastic bags
    • Many stores have plastic bag drop offs such as grocery stores, Walmart, Home Depot, and Lowes. This site has a great tool to help you find one near you.
    • The exception to this is our Recyclops branded bags or other pre-approved bags used for containing your recycling.
  • Plastic wraps, tarps, bubble wrap, etc.
  • Hazardous material of any type
  • Batteries
  • Electronics
You didn't pick up my recycling, what do I do?

How do I order more bags?

If you need more bags, just let us know and we’ll get them delivered to you!

Do you recycle in my city?

Please look here to see the list of all the current locations  in which we operate. If we aren’t in your area, but you think we should be, send us a request!

Recyclops is constantly needing new drivers to help with our growing base of customers. Fill out this form to let us know, and we’ll reach out to you if we’re hiring in your area!

How do I sign up?
How do I sign up for glass recycling?

You must be a current customer to add glass as an additional recycling service. Head here to learn more and sign up.

How do I order more bags?

If you need more bags, just let us know and we’ll get them delivered to you! New bags rolls outside the annual delivery of 4 rolls on May 1 are $10/roll. After you fill out the form to let us know how many rolls you need, we will charge your card and deliver the rolls.

I haven't received the bags I ordered, what do I do?

If you just signed up, we will deliver bags to you on your first pickup. Please use your own 13-gallon tall kitchen bags for your first pickup.

Otherwise, head here to let us know and we’ll get it resolved!

I just signed up, when will my bags be delivered?

If you just signed up, we will deliver bags to you on your first pickup. In the meantime, please use your own 13-gallon tall kitchen bags.

I didn't get my recycling out in time, what do I do?

We ask that your recycling be out at the curb by 7 am to ensure it gets picked up that day. We’ll pick it up next time!

When should I set my glass recycling out?

If you have added glass as an additional paid service to your recycling, set your glass recycling out with the rest of your recycling bags on the last pickup of each month.

Account Management

Where/how do I provide payment information?

You can go to our payment page to select your payment schedule and submit your information.

How do I update my payment information?
If you were notified that your card expired, you can fill out this form to resubmit your payment information.

How do I change my payment frequency?

How do I cancel?

We’re sad to see you go! Give us a call at 801.709.1509 and we can help you. Until then, you will continue to be charged for the service.
