I’m grateful for the impact they make and have helped me make! My mother first taught me the importance of proper recycling technique years ago; since then it has been a goal of mine to instill the same level of recycling care to my daughters and their children. I stress weekly to my grandchildren that recycling gets more and more important with each generation. My son-in-law used to work for a recycling & waste diversion group and he has helped me figure out ways to make recycling more deliberate and efficient in our home! Recyclops convenient on-site pick up has saved a lot of my time, no longer having to drive to (the now closed) local recycling drop off or sorting through every piece. 				Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

				Recyclops is a great! They provide services where no one else could. They also go above and beyond to make sure the are responsive to customers. I have lived in several places where the garbage or recycling service would occasionally miss our house. They would say nothing and we had no recourse to have our trash and recycling picked up except to wait for the next week. With Recyclops, when I noticed that they had not picked up my recycling in the morning like normal, I was able to let them know and come pick it up later that day. I noticed the employee had gone out of his way to make the pick up. Incredible service!

				They have really great customer service and are doing their best to keep prices reasonable. If I were to criticize anything, it would their expectation to leave recyclables on the curb overnight without providing/offering some kind of container. I live in a very windy city and often can't leave things outside overnight, and since they don't pickup at a consistent time in the morning, I miss getting it out on time sometimes. Other than that, 2 thumbs up!
