Convenient. Good for the environment.

We have appreciated our service with Recyclops. There were some difficulties earlier on but they have worked hard to resolve issues and make things better for the customer.

You don't have to sort your recycling!

Moving to Tennessee from Chicago, I was used to having a large container to use for recycling so I was surprised to see that wasn't an option. Recyclops was the only option I had found with the convenience of not having to travel to recycle. You literally leave it at the end of your driveway and they do the rest. I do wish they'd provide something better than bags to put everything in so hoping that will be an option down the road. If you want to recycle, they are the way to go right now!

I was very happy to learn about Recyclops two years ago & have been very pleased with their service. I have had regular and consistent pickup service and appreciate the convenience!

I love having my recycling services back since the city cut it out due to it “not being profitable.” My trash has been cut in half because I recycle a lot!! Their customer service is very responsive. Thanks for providing a great service at a reasonable price!

I now only put garbage out once a month and it’s only half full then. Love being able to recycle.

When my city cancelled recycling, I was so bummed. Truly to make twice as much recycling in a week than I do trash and I couldn’t bear the idea of all that going into a landfill and I was not looking forward to the hassle of toting it around in my car to a recycling center on a regular basis. Recyclops makes it convenient to be conscientious.

So grateful for this service! I've been using Recyclops at my home in Kanab Utah for a little over a year. Have never had any issues. They have responsive and helpful customer service too. I use it myself when staying here and the service is available for guests when the home is being rented. The price is super reasonable and I also appreciate that they communicate via email when they are on their way - an extra reminder if I have forgotten. Thanks Recyclops!

I can't recommend Recyclops enough!! I used to use Terracycle for my plastic bag recycling and spent hundreds of dollars buying their boxes. This is such a better solution for us (and doesn't result in months of bags piling up in my closet). I think what they accept varies by area, but at least for me in Salt Lake City, Utah... they accept plastic bags, batteries, lightbulbs, styrofoam, and clothes (and I believe those are used to help fundraise for a non-profit food pantry, which is really rad). It's really convenient, you just put a tin box on your porch overnight or in the morning & someone picks it up. I've never had issues with pickups. An email goes out that lets you know when they'll be there & they've always been on time. I see some complaints on here about customer service. I myself haven't had any issues, they are always prompt and really personable and answer my excessive questions. It feels unlikely that our governments will ever offer such comprehensive recycling programs, so I am really grateful that Recyclops fills that void!!

I could not believe it when my city stopped recycling, and I had to start taking my recycling quite a distance away. I was excited to hear that Recyclops was starting in my city! I have been very pleased with the work they do. It’s very easy to put my stuff out, and I always always know when they’re coming to pick it up through the app. I am very happy to have this opportunity!

Recyclops is amazing! Because of the curbside pickup they provide, we have drastically reduced the amount of things we throw away each week. I highly recommend them if you want to recycle without the hassle of sorting and driving to a collection center!

It is difficult for me to get to the city's recycling plant on a regular basis so it is good that I have an alternate way to recycle. Recyclops has several different options that you can choose from. Whatever option you choose they are responsive and reliable to pick up your recycling on the schedule you chose. They provide the bags for your recycling so you don't need to worry about about getting the correct bags. I usually collect my cardboard for several months and then set it out with my bi-weekly bag of daily items that I have collected. I highly recommend their services.

I have been a Recyclops customer for a bit over a year and after some initial hiccups I have found them to be reliable and effective especially b/c my city has (foolishly IMHO) abandoned curbside recycling for short-term economic gain. The price might seem high at present but much less so if you factor in the time, difficulty and gasoline to shlep the recycling to the few sites the city provides. Recommended. ----------------- Here's a short story about why you cannot throw anything "away". A hospital in Texas had a cobalt-60 therapy unit they needed to give up and contracted with a firm to dispose of this highly radioactive device. Some time later it turned up in a dump in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, just south of the border and within 200 yards of a primary school in Texas. The equipment looked new and some local urchins decided it must be valuable so they broke it up. Finding a glowing powder inside, they thought it to be magical so they ate some of it. Several died horribly. Meanwhile all the metal scrap in the yard was also irradiated (as were the preschoolers in Texas). It was then sent for recycling where it turned into steel rebar and dinette table legs. Some of the rebar was exported to the US and one driver got lost in New Mexico but saw a large set of buildings and turned into the complex for directions to the interstate. The guard helped him and allowed him to enter the grounds to turn around and exit. When he tried to exit, he was surrounded by armed guards with weapons drawn. The facility was the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory of the DOE and he had tripped the radiation alarm he crossed over with his hot load. Working backward, this whole sorry episode was discovered. Nothing ever goes "away". It just moves location. REDUCE...REUSE...RECYCLE

Timely, organized and clean up after pickup

We have used Recyclops now for over two years and are very pleased with their service. I appreciate the communication that I receive the day before and the day of to let me know when they will arrive and when my service has been completed. When I did encounter a problem they were quick to respond and take care of the matter. We highly recommend Recyclops if you’re looking for a recycle company!

Recyclops make recycling easy and affordable. Love that I can mix my containers and that they come to the door to gather my goods. Sure beats standing in the wind sorting and hauling our recycling.

Recyclops has been a life saver for our small community. Moving here from a big town where recycling was “normal” (every house automatically had a recycling bin and pickup) - to a smaller town where no one recycles was definitely a challenge for our family, because we refuse to add to the waste around us and are huge recycling fans. That’s why when I found recyclops I knew they were our answer. Their customer service has always been amazing. You can’t call in directly anymore, however emailing is just as easy and they are pretty quick about getting back to you. We have never had any issues and they are always a helping hand when we need them or have questions. Thank you recyclops for bringing a change to our community! It’s amazing seeing the clientele grow and changing the way things are done one household at a time.

Love that there is a recycling provider in my area. After years of no recycling provider, I was surprised to see that at least 70% of my trash was actually recyclable. They are a startup company, so they consolidated their customer service to email only. If you’re patient, they will get back to you in a few days and address your concern. As they grow, they’ll be able to expand their services.

I love my Recyclops service. The prices are completely reasonable and this was just what I was looking for once the city shut down their recycling program. I hate waste and just hated throwing out recyclables. I'm just one person and sometimes don't have all that much for them but they come every other week and make me feel like I'm helping the planet. I think it is great that Recyclops offers curbside pickup with a variety of levels such as every week or every other week to fit your budget. The pickup tracker even lets you know what time your pickup will be on pickup day if you need a little extra time getting it out to the curb. I hope more people will sign up to keep this service going for our area.

Recyclops has helped us to help the environment and we’ve learned a lot about our own habits. We are now more aware of how we can be mindful about recycling at other places we go.

I’m glad there’s a recycling service in my area. My regular trash has reduced by 1-2 bags per week. Recycling makes me feel like I’m doing a small part in helping the earth for future generations. I really like the ap for tracking pick-up.

I no longer even put out weekly trash that goes to the landfill because of being able to recycle through Recyclops.

We have been using Recyclops for 4 years and have been really happy with the quality and consistency of the services. We have recommended to several neighbors and are so happy to see more “little robot” stickered trash cans popping up along our street! Having recycling pickup at our home makes it easy for our 9-year-old son to participate regularly in the practice of recycling; we’ve incorporated it into his weekly chores! We especially love that glass and box pick-up is included—so convenient! I recommend Recylops because Wasatch County needs this service desperately with our local recyling closed to public. Recylops is reliable and their website is very user friendly. The cost is not prohibitive and it is worthwhile. Please help preserve the earth for our next generation by recyling!

Recyclops has been a great service for us to have and they make it very easy for us to bag and leave for them. There really isn't much real effort on our part other than to tie the bag together and leave on the street on pick-up day.

Recyclops truly came to the rescue here when the town council decided to end the recycling program because it wasn’t “profitable.” I’m grateful that we still have the option of recycling pickup thanks to their outstanding service!

I want to do right for the environment and Recyclops makes it easy to do that. I feel as if I am doing something which is better than nothing. I want more people to do their part. I have had really good experiences with the customer services. My team pickups every other Monday. I missed a regular Monday pickup because I was out of town and I knew I would miss the next regular Monday pickup. So I called them. And they made a special pickup just for me. Wow!! Who else would do that!! I highly recommend Recyclops!!

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. It's important for the wellbeing of our planet, and although recycling is the last of those options, it's a vital one. Recyclops makes that possible in Payson, and they are a good company that is prompt in their communication and service. Highly recommend.

So glad Recyclops is available in our area! We did previously have recycling with the city trash collection, but they discontinued it because it was “not profitable”. I love being able to put my recyclables outside for home pickup, instead of having to drive them to the local recycling bin (which is usually full). Recyclops has been very easy to work with. They send notifications of when they’re on the way for pickup, and if you miss a pickup it’s very easy to reschedule. I’d recommend them to anyone!

I live in a rural town of Arizona. My garage company doesn’t provide recycle bins or cans even thought there is a recycling plant less than 20 mins away. I am grateful for Recyclops providing us this service. It helps teach my children what I was taught in school: reduce reuse recycle ♻️. I now don’t need my garage can picked up twice a week. I am hopeful more people will start using this service and we can get a bin or small can

When we had a serious problem with our local pickup provider, Recyclops got right on it and changed the provider. When the new provider had trouble finding the alley where we leave our recycling, Recyclops got right on directing them where to go. When we wanted to change our billing cycle, Recyclops got right on accommodating meeting our wishes. They have been great in every way!
