I love my Recyclops service. The prices are completely reasonable and this was just what I was looking for once the city shut down their recycling program. So glad Recyclops is available in our area! We did previously have recycling with the city trash collection, but they discontinued it because it was “not profitable”. I love being able to put my recyclables outside for home pickup, instead of having to drive them to the local recycling bin (which is usually full). Recyclops has been very easy to work with. They send notifications of when they’re on the way for pickup, and if you miss a pickup it’s very easy to reschedule. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Recyclops has helped us reduce the amount of waste we send to the landfill. After a few initial hiccups shortly after starting the service, we’ve had seamless pickups. It’s so convenient and not having to load and lug recycling to a center saves us time!

They have really great customer service and are doing their best to keep prices reasonable. If I were to criticize anything, it would their expectation to leave recyclables on the curb overnight without providing/offering some kind of container. I live in a very windy city and often can't leave things outside overnight, and since they don't pickup at a consistent time in the morning, I miss getting it out on time sometimes. Other than that, 2 thumbs up!

I think it is great that Recyclops offers curbside pickup with a variety of levels such as every week or every other week to fit your budget. The pickup tracker even lets you know what time your pickup will be on pickup day if you need a little extra time getting it out to the curb. I hope more people will sign up to keep this service going for our area.

Simple and effective pickup of our recycling. Two bins make it simple to collect, and scheduled bi-weekly pickup is convenient. The app is handy for reminders and other updates.

They pick up your recyclables every other week. For me, the price is reasonable compared to making trips to remote recycling centers. Do a bit of research, and you'll find that they're actually processing the material. Worth it.

Moving to Tennessee from Chicago, I was used to having a large container to use for recycling so I was surprised to see that wasn't an option. Recyclops was the only option I had found with the convenience of not having to travel to recycle. You literally leave it at the end of your driveway and they do the rest. I do wish they'd provide something better than bags to put everything in so hoping that will be an option down the road. If you want to recycle, they are the way to go right now!

Having lived near the area landfill for over 30 years, I have been convicted to contribute as little to "Trash Mountain" as possible. So, we began to separate recyclable items from tin & cardboard all the way up to electronics from what we send to the landfill a long time ago. However, trips to the recycling center became time consuming. That is when we found Recyclops: a small business with great customer service, friendly owners & workers, great communication, and a cute little cyclops who reminds us weekly that Recyclops is on the way. The Recyclops Team consistently shows up to provide a very necessary convenient, curbside service to enhance our local environment.

Recyclops has been providing our family an excellent quality recycle service since early in their tenure in Murfreesboro. The service informs their patrons if any change is expected and every week we get a reminder as to our pickup day. This company has NEVER missed a pickup. Accessibility to their website is easy and I truly believe that because of Recyclops (seeing the recycle bins on the curb) people are becoming more conscious about recycling and how important it is to make an effort to preserve our environment.

Since we don't have a city option, it's great that Recyclops is available to people in Beaumont, TX. "In 2022 alone, they recycled approximately 6,720,000 lbs. of materials including cardboard, aluminum, plastic and glass." We can do better, Beaumont.

Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

I’ve never had any issues with service other than the pickup comes at varying times of day. The only time this caused me to miss pickup, customer service was generous enough to arrange another pickup the next day even though it was outside my schedule.
