Recyclops is amazing! Because of the curbside pickup they provide, we have drastically reduced the amount of things we throw away each week. I highly recommend them if you want to recycle without the hassle of sorting and driving to a collection center!

I have more stuff I can recycle than I trash. I just think about how much I save from going into the landfills. Many items are out of our control when it comes to things headed to the landfill. This is something I can do to help. They pick up right outside my home! It's so convenient and reliable. I highly recommend this form of recycling.

When we moved to our area 5 years ago, I was so disappointed we didn’t have curbside recycling. We are so happy to have Recyclops and glad they service rural areas that often don’t have any options. They make it very easy to know exactly what can and can’t be recycled and have options for weekly or bi-weekly service. I feel so much better knowing I’m recycling whatever I can!

Recyclops has been a life saver for our small community. Moving here from a big town where recycling was “normal” (every house automatically had a recycling bin and pickup) - to a smaller town where no one recycles was definitely a challenge for our family, because we refuse to add to the waste around us and are huge recycling fans. That’s why when I found recyclops I knew they were our answer. Their customer service has always been amazing. You can’t call in directly anymore, however emailing is just as easy and they are pretty quick about getting back to you. Our city did away with recycling. We were very saddened because we wholeheartedly believe in recycling. Thanks to Recyclops we can continue saving our environment. We always receive notifications about pick up times and we’ve never had any issues with pickup. When we ran out of recycling bags, we notified Recyclops and they promptly delivered more bags. Our city stopped making recycling available a couple years ago. Several months ago we joined Recyclops. They pick up our recycling curbside every two weeks. They communicate about every aspect of billing and pickup. I highly recommend this company!

I can't recommend Recyclops enough!! I used to use Terracycle for my plastic bag recycling and spent hundreds of dollars buying their boxes. This is such a better solution for us (and doesn't result in months of bags piling up in my closet). I think what they accept varies by area, but at least for me in Salt Lake City, Utah... they accept plastic bags, batteries, lightbulbs, styrofoam, and clothes (and I believe those are used to help fundraise for a non-profit food pantry, which is really rad). It's really convenient, you just put a tin box on your porch overnight or in the morning & someone picks it up. I've never had issues with pickups. An email goes out that lets you know when they'll be there & they've always been on time. I see some complaints on here about customer service. I myself haven't had any issues, they are always prompt and really personable and answer my excessive questions. It feels unlikely that our governments will ever offer such comprehensive recycling programs, so I am really grateful that Recyclops fills that void!!

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. It's important for the wellbeing of our planet, and although recycling is the last of those options, it's a vital one. Recyclops makes that possible in Payson, and they are a good company that is prompt in their communication and service. Highly recommend.

They have really great customer service and are doing their best to keep prices reasonable. If I were to criticize anything, it would their expectation to leave recyclables on the curb overnight without providing/offering some kind of container. I live in a very windy city and often can't leave things outside overnight, and since they don't pickup at a consistent time in the morning, I miss getting it out on time sometimes. Other than that, 2 thumbs up!

Recycling is one of the ways we are trying to reduce our footprint on the planet. Rcyclops does a great job and provides several options for pickup. It is easy to use the bags they provide. The only thing needed to be separated is the glass, everything else goes in one bag. I highly recommend their company for your recycling.

I've used Recyclops since they assumed the recycling in Sierra Vista. I mainly recycle plastic and cardboard. Cuts my landfill trash by half. They are prompt, efficient, and send multiple reminders of pickup and changes in schedule. Love, love, love!!!

We’re a military family and leaving a country that is huge on recycling and coming back stateside to a town that doesn’t have a city recycling program was so weird. I was so happy to find out about Recyclops and that they serviced the area. We’ve been with Recyclops for a little over 2 years now. Love that there is a recycling provider in my area. After years of no recycling provider, I was surprised to see that at least 70% of my trash was actually recyclable. They are a startup company, so they consolidated their customer service to email only. If you’re patient, they will get back to you in a few days and address your concern. As they grow, they’ll be able to expand their services.

I’ve never had any issues with service other than the pickup comes at varying times of day. The only time this caused me to miss pickup, customer service was generous enough to arrange another pickup the next day even though it was outside my schedule.

Recyclops has been providing our family an excellent quality recycle service since early in their tenure in Murfreesboro. The service informs their patrons if any change is expected and every week we get a reminder as to our pickup day. This company has NEVER missed a pickup. Accessibility to their website is easy and I truly believe that because of Recyclops (seeing the recycle bins on the curb) people are becoming more conscious about recycling and how important it is to make an effort to preserve our environment.

Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

When we had a serious problem with our local pickup provider, Recyclops got right on it and changed the provider. When the new provider had trouble finding the alley where we leave our recycling, Recyclops got right on directing them where to go. When we wanted to change our billing cycle, Recyclops got right on accommodating meeting our wishes. They have been great in every way!

So glad Recyclops is available in our area! We did previously have recycling with the city trash collection, but they discontinued it because it was “not profitable”. I love being able to put my recyclables outside for home pickup, instead of having to drive them to the local recycling bin (which is usually full). Recyclops has been very easy to work with. They send notifications of when they’re on the way for pickup, and if you miss a pickup it’s very easy to reschedule. I’d recommend them to anyone!
