I recently set up service with Recyclops for our new home and was excited about their services as we recycle a lot more than we throw away. The website is simple and clear (and cute!) and I like the different options for pickup frequency. Great service!

I’m grateful that Recyclops comes and picks up our recycling, and that we’re given options such as weekly/bi-weekly and whether to have glass recycling. It’s much easier than having to lug our recyclables up to a station, and as a result, we recycle so much more. I also like that they send emails and texts with updates, such as when there’s a service interruption or when they’re on their way. Great service.

I have more stuff I can recycle than I trash. I just think about how much I save from going into the landfills. Many items are out of our control when it comes to things headed to the landfill. This is something I can do to help. They pick up right outside my home! It's so convenient and reliable. I highly recommend this form of recycling.

I’ve never had any issues with service other than the pickup comes at varying times of day. The only time this caused me to miss pickup, customer service was generous enough to arrange another pickup the next day even though it was outside my schedule.

Love that there is a recycling provider in my area. After years of no recycling provider, I was surprised to see that at least 70% of my trash was actually recyclable. They are a startup company, so they consolidated their customer service to email only. If you’re patient, they will get back to you in a few days and address your concern. As they grow, they’ll be able to expand their services.

Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

I live in a rural town of Arizona. My garage company doesn’t provide recycle bins or cans even thought there is a recycling plant less than 20 mins away. I am grateful for Recyclops providing us this service. It helps teach my children what I was taught in school: reduce reuse recycle ♻️. I now don’t need my garage can picked up twice a week. I am hopeful more people will start using this service and we can get a bin or small can

Recyclops is a great! They provide services where no one else could. They also go above and beyond to make sure the are responsive to customers. I have lived in several places where the garbage or recycling service would occasionally miss our house. They would say nothing and we had no recourse to have our trash and recycling picked up except to wait for the next week. With Recyclops, when I noticed that they had not picked up my recycling in the morning like normal, I was able to let them know and come pick it up later that day. I noticed the employee had gone out of his way to make the pick up. Incredible service!

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. It's important for the wellbeing of our planet, and although recycling is the last of those options, it's a vital one. Recyclops makes that possible in Payson, and they are a good company that is prompt in their communication and service. Highly recommend.

Recyclops has helped us reduce the amount of waste we send to the landfill. After a few initial hiccups shortly after starting the service, we’ve had seamless pickups. It’s so convenient and not having to load and lug recycling to a center saves us time!

I have never made a better decision on how to spend my money than signing up for Recyclops. I learned about this company from my church, so I felt it was very reputable. Our town (5th largest in Tennessee) did away with 90% of what can be recycled, and I found that was unacceptable. This is a very professional organization with extremely strong communication as well as customer service. I love that I can mix all my recycling materials together. I have trash pickup every week, but now I only have to put it out every other week, because I use Recyclops. Save the Earth one bag at a time!

When we moved to our area 5 years ago, I was so disappointed we didn’t have curbside recycling. We are so happy to have Recyclops and glad they service rural areas that often don’t have any options. Having lived near the area landfill for over 30 years, I have been convicted to contribute as little to "Trash Mountain" as possible. So, we began to separate recyclable items from tin & cardboard all the way up to electronics from what we send to the landfill a long time ago. However, trips to the recycling center became time consuming. That is when we found Recyclops: a small business with great customer service, friendly owners & workers, great communication, and a cute little cyclops who reminds us weekly that Recyclops is on the way. The price has been kept reasonable and I am happy to partner with Recyclops to keep our town as sustainable as possible in a fast-growing county of consumers. You should give them a try! We don’t have local government recycling service in my county anymore so Recyclops has been our only option to do the right thing! That being said, they’ve impressed us with their automated reminders, helpful app, and quick service if we have questions. They are doing a great job and we’re happy to have them servicing our area of Arizona!

Recyclops has been a great addition to my neighborhood. The process is easy to start. Their customer service is quick to answer questions or resolve issues. I like the ability to track when my pick up is being handled. And I like that they recently added a glass option. Definitely a great investment in our town.

Timely, organized and clean up after pickup

Our city stopped making recycling available a couple years ago. Several months ago we joined Recyclops. They pick up our recycling curbside every two weeks. They communicate about every aspect of billing and pickup. I highly recommend this company!

I think it is great that Recyclops offers curbside pickup with a variety of levels such as every week or every other week to fit your budget. The pickup tracker even lets you know what time your pickup will be on pickup day if you need a little extra time getting it out to the curb. I hope more people will sign up to keep this service going for our area.
