My city doesn't provide a curbside recycling option but I have found Recyclops to be a reliable and worthwhile replacement. I recommend Recyclops to those looking for a recycling option if they are in your area.

I’m grateful that Recyclops comes and picks up our recycling, and that we’re given options such as weekly/bi-weekly and whether to have glass recycling. It’s much easier than having to lug our recyclables up to a station, and as a result, we recycle so much more. I also like that they send emails and texts with updates, such as when there’s a service interruption or when they’re on their way. Great service.

I've used Recyclops since they assumed the recycling in Sierra Vista. I mainly recycle plastic and cardboard. Cuts my landfill trash by half. They are prompt, efficient, and send multiple reminders of pickup and changes in schedule. Love, love, love!!!

The pick-up service provided by Recyclops has helped me realize my vision of educating my family and attain our waste diversion goals in the household. I’m grateful for the impact they make and have helped me make! My mother first taught me the importance of proper recycling technique years ago; since then it has been a goal of mine to instill the same level of recycling care to my daughters and their children. I stress weekly to my grandchildren that recycling gets more and more important with each generation. My son-in-law used to work for a recycling & waste diversion group and he has helped me figure out ways to make recycling more deliberate and efficient in our home! It is difficult for me to get to the city's recycling plant on a regular basis so it is good that I have an alternate way to recycle. Recyclops has several different options that you can choose from. Whatever option you choose they are responsive and reliable to pick up your recycling on the schedule you chose. They provide the bags for your recycling so you don't need to worry about about getting the correct bags. I usually collect my cardboard for several months and then set it out with my bi-weekly bag of daily items that I have collected. I highly recommend their services.

When my city cancelled recycling, I was so bummed. Truly to make twice as much recycling in a week than I do trash and I couldn’t bear the idea of all that going into a landfill and I was not looking forward to the hassle of toting it around in my car to a recycling center on a regular basis. They pick up your recyclables every other week. For me, the price is reasonable compared to making trips to remote recycling centers. Do a bit of research, and you'll find that they're actually processing the material. Worth it.

Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

Our city stopped making recycling available a couple years ago. Several months ago we joined Recyclops. They pick up our recycling curbside every two weeks. They communicate about every aspect of billing and pickup. I highly recommend this company!

Love that there is a recycling provider in my area. After years of no recycling provider, I was surprised to see that at least 70% of my trash was actually recyclable. They are a startup company, so they consolidated their customer service to email only. If you’re patient, they will get back to you in a few days and address your concern. As they grow, they’ll be able to expand their services.

When we moved to our area 5 years ago, I was so disappointed we didn’t have curbside recycling. We are so happy to have Recyclops and glad they service rural areas that often don’t have any options. I think it is great that Recyclops offers curbside pickup with a variety of levels such as every week or every other week to fit your budget. The pickup tracker even lets you know what time your pickup will be on pickup day if you need a little extra time getting it out to the curb. I hope more people will sign up to keep this service going for our area.

Recyclops is a great! They provide services where no one else could. They also go above and beyond to make sure the are responsive to customers. I have lived in several places where the garbage or recycling service would occasionally miss our house. They would say nothing and we had no recourse to have our trash and recycling picked up except to wait for the next week. With Recyclops, when I noticed that they had not picked up my recycling in the morning like normal, I was able to let them know and come pick it up later that day. I noticed the employee had gone out of his way to make the pick up. Incredible service!

We have used Recyclops now for over two years and are very pleased with their service. I appreciate the communication that I receive the day before and the day of to let me know when they will arrive and when my service has been completed. When I did encounter a problem they were quick to respond and take care of the matter. We highly recommend Recyclops if you’re looking for a recycle company!

I’ve never had any issues with service other than the pickup comes at varying times of day. The only time this caused me to miss pickup, customer service was generous enough to arrange another pickup the next day even though it was outside my schedule.

So glad Recyclops is available in our area! We did previously have recycling with the city trash collection, but they discontinued it because it was “not profitable”. I love being able to put my recyclables outside for home pickup, instead of having to drive them to the local recycling bin (which is usually full). Recyclops has been very easy to work with. They send notifications of when they’re on the way for pickup, and if you miss a pickup it’s very easy to reschedule. I’d recommend them to anyone!
