I have been using Recyclops for a couple years now and highly recommend! I’m big on recycling but rarely have time to take the items myself. So I love that Recyclops comes every week and you don’t have to sort your items! They have never missed a pickup and I love the emails saying when they have come by. They have really great customer service and are doing their best to keep prices reasonable. If I were to criticize anything, it would their expectation to leave recyclables on the curb overnight without providing/offering some kind of container. I live in a very windy city and often can't leave things outside overnight, and since they don't pickup at a consistent time in the morning, I miss getting it out on time sometimes. Other than that, 2 thumbs up!

Having lived near the area landfill for over 30 years, I have been convicted to contribute as little to "Trash Mountain" as possible. So, we began to separate recyclable items from tin & cardboard all the way up to electronics from what we send to the landfill a long time ago. However, trips to the recycling center became time consuming. That is when we found Recyclops: a small business with great customer service, friendly owners & workers, great communication, and a cute little cyclops who reminds us weekly that Recyclops is on the way. It is difficult for me to get to the city's recycling plant on a regular basis so it is good that I have an alternate way to recycle. Recyclops has several different options that you can choose from. Whatever option you choose they are responsive and reliable to pick up your recycling on the schedule you chose. They provide the bags for your recycling so you don't need to worry about about getting the correct bags. I usually collect my cardboard for several months and then set it out with my bi-weekly bag of daily items that I have collected. I highly recommend their services.

We’re a military family and leaving a country that is huge on recycling and coming back stateside to a town that doesn’t have a city recycling program was so weird. I was so happy to find out about Recyclops and that they serviced the area. We’ve been with Recyclops for a little over 2 years now. We’re getting ready to move again and our new duty station has a city program but knowing if they didn’t have one I’m sure Recyclops would be there and we would gladly stay customers. Our city stopped making recycling available a couple years ago. Several months ago we joined Recyclops. They pick up our recycling curbside every two weeks. They communicate about every aspect of billing and pickup. I highly recommend this company!

Recyclops has been providing our family an excellent quality recycle service since early in their tenure in Murfreesboro. The service informs their patrons if any change is expected and every week we get a reminder as to our pickup day. This company has NEVER missed a pickup. Accessibility to their website is easy and I truly believe that because of Recyclops (seeing the recycle bins on the curb) people are becoming more conscious about recycling and how important it is to make an effort to preserve our environment.

Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

I live in a rural town of Arizona. My garage company doesn’t provide recycle bins or cans even thought there is a recycling plant less than 20 mins away. I am grateful for Recyclops providing us this service. It helps teach my children what I was taught in school: reduce reuse recycle ♻️. I now don’t need my garage can picked up twice a week. Recyclops is a great! They provide services where no one else could. They also go above and beyond to make sure the are responsive to customers. I have lived in several places where the garbage or recycling service would occasionally miss our house. They would say nothing and we had no recourse to have our trash and recycling picked up except to wait for the next week. With Recyclops, when I noticed that they had not picked up my recycling in the morning like normal, I was able to let them know and come pick it up later that day. I noticed the employee had gone out of his way to make the pick up. Incredible service!

Love that there is a recycling provider in my area. After years of no recycling provider, I was surprised to see that at least 70% of my trash was actually recyclable. They are a startup company, so they consolidated their customer service to email only. If you’re patient, they will get back to you in a few days and address your concern. As they grow, they’ll be able to expand their services.

Signed up at a football game and have been using Recyclops for over a year. I love the reminder emails the night before and the tracker to see how close they are to pickup. Great customer service and they give a yearly allotment of bags!

They pick up your recyclables every other week. For me, the price is reasonable compared to making trips to remote recycling centers. Do a bit of research, and you'll find that they're actually processing the material. Worth it.

I no longer even put out weekly trash that goes to the landfill because of being able to recycle through Recyclops.

When we moved to our area 5 years ago, I was so disappointed we didn’t have curbside recycling. We are so happy to have Recyclops and glad they service rural areas that often don’t have any options. They make it very easy to know exactly what can and can’t be recycled and have options for weekly or bi-weekly service. I feel so much better knowing I’m recycling whatever I can!

My experience with Recyclops has been a positive one. They provide the bags, so all I have to do is put the bags out the night before, and that's it.😀

So glad Recyclops is available in our area! We did previously have recycling with the city trash collection, but they discontinued it because it was “not profitable”. I love being able to put my recyclables outside for home pickup, instead of having to drive them to the local recycling bin (which is usually full). Recyclops has been very easy to work with. They send notifications of when they’re on the way for pickup, and if you miss a pickup it’s very easy to reschedule. I’d recommend them to anyone!
