They have really great customer service and are doing their best to keep prices reasonable. If I were to criticize anything, it would their expectation to leave recyclables on the curb overnight without providing/offering some kind of container. I live in a very windy city and often can't leave things outside overnight, and since they don't pickup at a consistent time in the morning, I miss getting it out on time sometimes. Other than that, 2 thumbs up!

Since we don't have a city option, it's great that Recyclops is available to people in Beaumont, TX. "In 2022 alone, they recycled approximately 6,720,000 lbs. of materials including cardboard, aluminum, plastic and glass." We can do better, Beaumont.

Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

I’m grateful that Recyclops comes and picks up our recycling, and that we’re given options such as weekly/bi-weekly and whether to have glass recycling. It’s much easier than having to lug our recyclables up to a station, and as a result, we recycle so much more. Our city did away with recycling. We were very saddened because we wholeheartedly believe in recycling. Thanks to Recyclops we can continue saving our environment. We always receive notifications about pick up times and we’ve never had any issues with pickup. When we ran out of recycling bags, we notified Recyclops and they promptly delivered more bags. Moving to Tennessee from Chicago, I was used to having a large container to use for recycling so I was surprised to see that wasn't an option. Recyclops was the only option I had found with the convenience of not having to travel to recycle. You literally leave it at the end of your driveway and they do the rest. I do wish they'd provide something better than bags to put everything in so hoping that will be an option down the road. If you want to recycle, they are the way to go right now!

I think it is great that Recyclops offers curbside pickup with a variety of levels such as every week or every other week to fit your budget. The pickup tracker even lets you know what time your pickup will be on pickup day if you need a little extra time getting it out to the curb. I hope more people will sign up to keep this service going for our area.

Recyclops is a great! They provide services where no one else could. They also go above and beyond to make sure the are responsive to customers. I have lived in several places where the garbage or recycling service would occasionally miss our house. They would say nothing and we had no recourse to have our trash and recycling picked up except to wait for the next week. With Recyclops, when I noticed that they had not picked up my recycling in the morning like normal, I was able to let them know and come pick it up later that day. I noticed the employee had gone out of his way to make the pick up. Incredible service!
