Very happy with our service! They come the same time every other week.

I’m grateful that Recyclops comes and picks up our recycling, and that we’re given options such as weekly/bi-weekly and whether to have glass recycling. It’s much easier than having to lug our recyclables up to a station, and as a result, we recycle so much more. I also like that they send emails and texts with updates, such as when there’s a service interruption or when they’re on their way. Great service.

My experience with Recyclops has been a positive one. They provide the bags, so all I have to do is put the bags out the night before, and that's it.😀

They pick up your recyclables every other week. For me, the price is reasonable compared to making trips to remote recycling centers. Do a bit of research, and you'll find that they're actually processing the material. Worth it.

It is difficult for me to get to the city's recycling plant on a regular basis so it is good that I have an alternate way to recycle. Recyclops has several different options that you can choose from. Whatever option you choose they are responsive and reliable to pick up your recycling on the schedule you chose. They provide the bags for your recycling so you don't need to worry about about getting the correct bags. I usually collect my cardboard for several months and then set it out with my bi-weekly bag of daily items that I have collected. I highly recommend their services.

Having lived near the area landfill for over 30 years, I have been convicted to contribute as little to "Trash Mountain" as possible. So, we began to separate recyclable items from tin & cardboard all the way up to electronics from what we send to the landfill a long time ago. However, trips to the recycling center became time consuming. That is when we found Recyclops: a small business with great customer service, friendly owners & workers, great communication, and a cute little cyclops who reminds us weekly that Recyclops is on the way. The price has been kept reasonable and I am happy to partner with Recyclops to keep our town as sustainable as possible in a fast-growing county of consumers. You should give them a try! Recycling is one of the ways we are trying to reduce our footprint on the planet. Rcyclops does a great job and provides several options for pickup. It is easy to use the bags they provide. The only thing needed to be separated is the glass, everything else goes in one bag. I highly recommend their company for your recycling.

Our city stopped making recycling available a couple years ago. Several months ago we joined Recyclops. They pick up our recycling curbside every two weeks. They communicate about every aspect of billing and pickup. I highly recommend this company!

Moving to Tennessee from Chicago, I was used to having a large container to use for recycling so I was surprised to see that wasn't an option. Recyclops was the only option I had found with the convenience of not having to travel to recycle. You literally leave it at the end of your driveway and they do the rest. I do wish they'd provide something better than bags to put everything in so hoping that will be an option down the road. If you want to recycle, they are the way to go right now!

We have been using Recyclops for 4 years and have been really happy with the quality and consistency of the services. I think it is great that Recyclops offers curbside pickup with a variety of levels such as every week or every other week to fit your budget. The pickup tracker even lets you know what time your pickup will be on pickup day if you need a little extra time getting it out to the curb. I hope more people will sign up to keep this service going for our area.

Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

I want to do right for the environment and Recyclops makes it easy to do that. I feel as if I am doing something which is better than nothing. I want more people to do their part. I have had really good experiences with the customer services. My team pickups every other Monday. I missed a regular Monday pickup because I was out of town and I knew I would miss the next regular Monday pickup. So I called them. And they made a special pickup just for me. Wow!! Recyclops has been a great service for us to have and they make it very easy for us to bag and leave for them. There really isn't much real effort on our part other than to tie the bag together and leave on the street on pick-up day.

I could not believe it when my city stopped recycling, and I had to start taking my recycling quite a distance away. I was excited to hear that Recyclops was starting in my city! I have been very pleased with the work they do.
