Moving here from a big town where recycling was “normal” (every house automatically had a recycling bin and pickup) - to a smaller town where no one recycles was definitely a challenge for our family, because we refuse to add to the waste around us and are huge recycling fans. That’s why when I found recyclops I knew they were our answer. Their customer service has always been amazing. You can’t call in directly anymore, however emailing is just as easy and they are pretty quick about getting back to you. We have never had any issues and they are always a helping hand when we need them or have questions. Thank you recyclops for bringing a change to our community! I have more stuff I can recycle than I trash. I just think about how much I save from going into the landfills. Many items are out of our control when it comes to things headed to the landfill. I have never made a better decision on how to spend my money than signing up for Recyclops. I learned about this company from my church, so I felt it was very reputable. Our town (5th largest in Tennessee) did away with 90% of what can be recycled, and I found that was unacceptable. This is a very professional organization with extremely strong communication as well as customer service. I love that I can mix all my recycling materials together. I have trash pickup every week, but now I only have to put it out every other week, because I use Recyclops. Save the Earth one bag at a time!

Recyclops has been a great service for us to have and they make it very easy for us to bag and leave for them. There really isn't much real effort on our part other than to tie the bag together and leave on the street on pick-up day.

They pick up your recyclables every other week. For me, the price is reasonable compared to making trips to remote recycling centers. Do a bit of research, and you'll find that they're actually processing the material. Worth it.

Love that there is a recycling provider in my area. After years of no recycling provider, I was surprised to see that at least 70% of my trash was actually recyclable. They are a startup company, so they consolidated their customer service to email only. If you’re patient, they will get back to you in a few days and address your concern. As they grow, they’ll be able to expand their services.

I now only put garbage out once a month and it’s only half full then. Love being able to recycle.

I have been using Recyclops for a couple years now and highly recommend! I’m big on recycling but rarely have time to take the items myself. So I love that Recyclops comes every week and you don’t have to sort your items! They have never missed a pickup and I love the emails saying when they have come by. Recyclops is a great! They provide services where no one else could. They also go above and beyond to make sure the are responsive to customers. I have lived in several places where the garbage or recycling service would occasionally miss our house. They would say nothing and we had no recourse to have our trash and recycling picked up except to wait for the next week. With Recyclops, when I noticed that they had not picked up my recycling in the morning like normal, I was able to let them know and come pick it up later that day. I noticed the employee had gone out of his way to make the pick up. Incredible service!

So glad Recyclops is available in our area! We did previously have recycling with the city trash collection, but they discontinued it because it was “not profitable”. I love being able to put my recyclables outside for home pickup, instead of having to drive them to the local recycling bin (which is usually full). Recyclops has been very easy to work with. They send notifications of when they’re on the way for pickup, and if you miss a pickup it’s very easy to reschedule. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Recyclops has been providing our family an excellent quality recycle service since early in their tenure in Murfreesboro. The service informs their patrons if any change is expected and every week we get a reminder as to our pickup day. This company has NEVER missed a pickup. Accessibility to their website is easy and I truly believe that because of Recyclops (seeing the recycle bins on the curb) people are becoming more conscious about recycling and how important it is to make an effort to preserve our environment.

I’ve never had any issues with service other than the pickup comes at varying times of day. The only time this caused me to miss pickup, customer service was generous enough to arrange another pickup the next day even though it was outside my schedule.

When we had a serious problem with our local pickup provider, Recyclops got right on it and changed the provider. When the new provider had trouble finding the alley where we leave our recycling, Recyclops got right on directing them where to go. When we wanted to change our billing cycle, Recyclops got right on accommodating meeting our wishes. They have been great in every way!

It is difficult for me to get to the city's recycling plant on a regular basis so it is good that I have an alternate way to recycle. Recyclops has several different options that you can choose from. Whatever option you choose they are responsive and reliable to pick up your recycling on the schedule you chose. They provide the bags for your recycling so you don't need to worry about about getting the correct bags. I usually collect my cardboard for several months and then set it out with my bi-weekly bag of daily items that I have collected. I highly recommend their services.
