Love that there is a recycling provider in my area. After years of no recycling provider, I was surprised to see that at least 70% of my trash was actually recyclable. They are a startup company, so they consolidated their customer service to email only. If you’re patient, they will get back to you in a few days and address your concern. As they grow, they’ll be able to expand their services.

We have appreciated our service with Recyclops. There were some difficulties earlier on but they have worked hard to resolve issues and make things better for the customer.

I have more stuff I can recycle than I trash. I just think about how much I save from going into the landfills. Many items are out of our control when it comes to things headed to the landfill. This is something I can do to help. They pick up right outside my home! It's so convenient and reliable. I highly recommend this form of recycling.

Having lived near the area landfill for over 30 years, I have been convicted to contribute as little to "Trash Mountain" as possible. So, we began to separate recyclable items from tin & cardboard all the way up to electronics from what we send to the landfill a long time ago. However, trips to the recycling center became time consuming. That is when we found Recyclops: a small business with great customer service, friendly owners & workers, great communication, and a cute little cyclops who reminds us weekly that Recyclops is on the way. The price has been kept reasonable and I am happy to partner with Recyclops to keep our town as sustainable as possible in a fast-growing county of consumers. You should give them a try! They have really great customer service and are doing their best to keep prices reasonable. If I were to criticize anything, it would their expectation to leave recyclables on the curb overnight without providing/offering some kind of container. I live in a very windy city and often can't leave things outside overnight, and since they don't pickup at a consistent time in the morning, I miss getting it out on time sometimes. Other than that, 2 thumbs up!

Recyclops has helped us to help the environment and we’ve learned a lot about our own habits. We are now more aware of how we can be mindful about recycling at other places we go.

I’m grateful that Recyclops comes and picks up our recycling, and that we’re given options such as weekly/bi-weekly and whether to have glass recycling. It’s much easier than having to lug our recyclables up to a station, and as a result, we recycle so much more. Moving to Tennessee from Chicago, I was used to having a large container to use for recycling so I was surprised to see that wasn't an option. Recyclops was the only option I had found with the convenience of not having to travel to recycle. You literally leave it at the end of your driveway and they do the rest. I do wish they'd provide something better than bags to put everything in so hoping that will be an option down the road. If you want to recycle, they are the way to go right now!

Our local recycling center shut down permanently in 2020 but Recyclops has continued to be reliable with reasonable cost. Glad I have a company that offers a service I would otherwise be without! �

Have only had positive experiences with Recyclops. We do not have regular pick up in my city so it saves me a lot of time since I don't have to manually take loads to the transfer station myself.

Recyclops has been a great addition to my neighborhood. The process is easy to start. Their customer service is quick to answer questions or resolve issues. I like the ability to track when my pick up is being handled. And I like that they recently added a glass option. Definitely a great investment in our town.

They pick up your recyclables every other week. For me, the price is reasonable compared to making trips to remote recycling centers. Do a bit of research, and you'll find that they're actually processing the material. Worth it.

Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

So glad Recyclops is available in our area! We did previously have recycling with the city trash collection, but they discontinued it because it was “not profitable”. I love being able to put my recyclables outside for home pickup, instead of having to drive them to the local recycling bin (which is usually full). Recyclops has been very easy to work with. They send notifications of when they’re on the way for pickup, and if you miss a pickup it’s very easy to reschedule. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Service has been excellent and on schedule. Communication is excellent. I am so glad they offer this service that the city of Beaumont does not. We need to protect and preserve the earth for our future generations.

Best option of recycling in the area! They make it easy.

Recyclops has been a great service for us to have and they make it very easy for us to bag and leave for them. There really isn't much real effort on our part other than to tie the bag together and leave on the street on pick-up day.

I can't recommend Recyclops enough!! I used to use Terracycle for my plastic bag recycling and spent hundreds of dollars buying their boxes. This is such a better solution for us (and doesn't result in months of bags piling up in my closet). I think what they accept varies by area, but at least for me in Salt Lake City, Utah... they accept plastic bags, batteries, lightbulbs, styrofoam, and clothes (and I believe those are used to help fundraise for a non-profit food pantry, which is really rad). It's really convenient, you just put a tin box on your porch overnight or in the morning & someone picks it up. I've never had issues with pickups. An email goes out that lets you know when they'll be there & they've always been on time. I see some complaints on here about customer service. I myself haven't had any issues, they are always prompt and really personable and answer my excessive questions. It feels unlikely that our governments will ever offer such comprehensive recycling programs, so I am really grateful that Recyclops fills that void!!

Our city stopped making recycling available a couple years ago. Several months ago we joined Recyclops. They pick up our recycling curbside every two weeks. They communicate about every aspect of billing and pickup. I highly recommend this company!
