We have appreciated our service with Recyclops. There were some difficulties earlier on but they have worked hard to resolve issues and make things better for the customer.

Simple and effective pickup of our recycling. Two bins make it simple to collect, and scheduled bi-weekly pickup is convenient. The app is handy for reminders and other updates.

Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

I now only put garbage out once a month and it’s only half full then. Love being able to recycle.

Recyclops has been a life saver for our small community. Moving here from a big town where recycling was “normal” (every house automatically had a recycling bin and pickup) - to a smaller town where no one recycles was definitely a challenge for our family, because we refuse to add to the waste around us and are huge recycling fans. That’s why when I found recyclops I knew they were our answer. Their customer service has always been amazing. You can’t call in directly anymore, however emailing is just as easy and they are pretty quick about getting back to you. We have never had any issues and they are always a helping hand when we need them or have questions. Thank you recyclops for bringing a change to our community! It’s amazing seeing the clientele grow and changing the way things are done one household at a time.

Moving to Tennessee from Chicago, I was used to having a large container to use for recycling so I was surprised to see that wasn't an option. Recyclops was the only option I had found with the convenience of not having to travel to recycle. You literally leave it at the end of your driveway and they do the rest. I do wish they'd provide something better than bags to put everything in so hoping that will be an option down the road. If you want to recycle, they are the way to go right now!

I live in a rural town of Arizona. My garage company doesn’t provide recycle bins or cans even thought there is a recycling plant less than 20 mins away. I am grateful for Recyclops providing us this service. It helps teach my children what I was taught in school: reduce reuse recycle ♻️. I now don’t need my garage can picked up twice a week. I am hopeful more people will start using this service and we can get a bin or small can

When we had a serious problem with our local pickup provider, Recyclops got right on it and changed the provider. When the new provider had trouble finding the alley where we leave our recycling, Recyclops got right on directing them where to go. When we wanted to change our billing cycle, Recyclops got right on accommodating meeting our wishes. They have been great in every way!

Affordable, convenient, and reliable

Signed up at a football game and have been using Recyclops for over a year. I love the reminder emails the night before and the tracker to see how close they are to pickup. Great customer service and they give a yearly allotment of bags!

So glad Recyclops is available in our area! We did previously have recycling with the city trash collection, but they discontinued it because it was “not profitable”. I love being able to put my recyclables outside for home pickup, instead of having to drive them to the local recycling bin (which is usually full). Recyclops has been very easy to work with. They send notifications of when they’re on the way for pickup, and if you miss a pickup it’s very easy to reschedule. I’d recommend them to anyone!

I have never made a better decision on how to spend my money than signing up for Recyclops. I learned about this company from my church, so I felt it was very reputable. Our town (5th largest in Tennessee) did away with 90% of what can be recycled, and I found that was unacceptable. This is a very professional organization with extremely strong communication as well as customer service. I love that I can mix all my recycling materials together. I have trash pickup every week, but now I only have to put it out every other week, because I use Recyclops. Save the Earth one bag at a time!

Recyclops has been great! They are reliable and reasonably priced. No sorting, just recycling in a bag and put it out twice a month. So easy!

Have only had positive experiences with Recyclops. We do not have regular pick up in my city so it saves me a lot of time since I don't have to manually take loads to the transfer station myself.

Our city stopped making recycling available a couple years ago. Several months ago we joined Recyclops. They pick up our recycling curbside every two weeks. They communicate about every aspect of billing and pickup. I highly recommend this company!

I've used Recyclops since they assumed the recycling in Sierra Vista. I mainly recycle plastic and cardboard. Cuts my landfill trash by half. They are prompt, efficient, and send multiple reminders of pickup and changes in schedule. Love, love, love!!!

We don’t have local government recycling service in my county anymore so Recyclops has been our only option to do the right thing! That being said, they’ve impressed us with their automated reminders, helpful app, and quick service if we have questions. They are doing a great job and we’re happy to have them servicing our area of Arizona!

Recyclops has been a great addition to my neighborhood. The process is easy to start. Their customer service is quick to answer questions or resolve issues. I like the ability to track when my pick up is being handled. And I like that they recently added a glass option. Definitely a great investment in our town.

You don't have to sort your recycling!

Recyclops is a great! They provide services where no one else could. They also go above and beyond to make sure the are responsive to customers. I have lived in several places where the garbage or recycling service would occasionally miss our house. They would say nothing and we had no recourse to have our trash and recycling picked up except to wait for the next week. With Recyclops, when I noticed that they had not picked up my recycling in the morning like normal, I was able to let them know and come pick it up later that day. I noticed the employee had gone out of his way to make the pick up. Incredible service!

Having lived near the area landfill for over 30 years, I have been convicted to contribute as little to "Trash Mountain" as possible. So, we began to separate recyclable items from tin & cardboard all the way up to electronics from what we send to the landfill a long time ago. However, trips to the recycling center became time consuming. That is when we found Recyclops: a small business with great customer service, friendly owners & workers, great communication, and a cute little cyclops who reminds us weekly that Recyclops is on the way. The price has been kept reasonable and I am happy to partner with Recyclops to keep our town as sustainable as possible in a fast-growing county of consumers. You should give them a try! It's one simple way to be a good steward of this land we call home.

When my city cancelled recycling, I was so bummed. Truly to make twice as much recycling in a week than I do trash and I couldn’t bear the idea of all that going into a landfill and I was not looking forward to the hassle of toting it around in my car to a recycling center on a regular basis. Recyclops makes it convenient to be conscientious.

Recyclops make recycling easy and affordable. Love that I can mix my containers and that they come to the door to gather my goods. Sure beats standing in the wind sorting and hauling our recycling.

I've been using Recyclops for over a year and have no complaints! They communicate clearly when there's a change in schedule & always show up for pick up days. The price is affordable and they allow you to mix all (besides glass) items together! I love having Recyclops as an option in my area 🙂

They are easy and friendly to work with. They provide bags for waste and that's awesome. It is the only recycling available in the city, so we are happy for that!

They have really great customer service and are doing their best to keep prices reasonable. If I were to criticize anything, it would their expectation to leave recyclables on the curb overnight without providing/offering some kind of container. I live in a very windy city and often can't leave things outside overnight, and since they don't pickup at a consistent time in the morning, I miss getting it out on time sometimes. Other than that, 2 thumbs up!

We’re a military family and leaving a country that is huge on recycling and coming back stateside to a town that doesn’t have a city recycling program was so weird. I was so happy to find out about Recyclops and that they serviced the area. We’ve been with Recyclops for a little over 2 years now. We’re getting ready to move again and our new duty station has a city program but knowing if they didn’t have one I’m sure Recyclops would be there and we would gladly stay customers. Recyclops has been a great company to use.

Service has been excellent and on schedule. Communication is excellent. I am so glad they offer this service that the city of Beaumont does not. We need to protect and preserve the earth for our future generations.
