I could not believe it when my city stopped recycling, and I had to start taking my recycling quite a distance away. I was excited to hear that Recyclops was starting in my city! I have been very pleased with the work they do. It’s very easy to put my stuff out, and I always always know when they’re coming to pick it up through the app. I am very happy to have this opportunity!

Recyclops make recycling easy and affordable. Love that I can mix my containers and that they come to the door to gather my goods. Sure beats standing in the wind sorting and hauling our recycling.

So glad Recyclops is available in our area! We did previously have recycling with the city trash collection, but they discontinued it because it was “not profitable”. I love being able to put my recyclables outside for home pickup, instead of having to drive them to the local recycling bin (which is usually full). Recyclops has been very easy to work with. They send notifications of when they’re on the way for pickup, and if you miss a pickup it’s very easy to reschedule. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Having lived near the area landfill for over 30 years, I have been convicted to contribute as little to "Trash Mountain" as possible. So, we began to separate recyclable items from tin & cardboard all the way up to electronics from what we send to the landfill a long time ago. However, trips to the recycling center became time consuming. That is when we found Recyclops: a small business with great customer service, friendly owners & workers, great communication, and a cute little cyclops who reminds us weekly that Recyclops is on the way. The price has been kept reasonable and I am happy to partner with Recyclops to keep our town as sustainable as possible in a fast-growing county of consumers. You should give them a try! It's one simple way to be a good steward of this land we call home.

I can't recommend Recyclops enough!! I used to use Terracycle for my plastic bag recycling and spent hundreds of dollars buying their boxes. This is such a better solution for us (and doesn't result in months of bags piling up in my closet). I think what they accept varies by area, but at least for me in Salt Lake City, Utah... they accept plastic bags, batteries, lightbulbs, styrofoam, and clothes (and I believe those are used to help fundraise for a non-profit food pantry, which is really rad). It's really convenient, you just put a tin box on your porch overnight or in the morning & someone picks it up. I've never had issues with pickups. An email goes out that lets you know when they'll be there & they've always been on time. I see some complaints on here about customer service. I myself haven't had any issues, they are always prompt and really personable and answer my excessive questions. It feels unlikely that our governments will ever offer such comprehensive recycling programs, so I am really grateful that Recyclops fills that void!!

They have really great customer service and are doing their best to keep prices reasonable. If I were to criticize anything, it would their expectation to leave recyclables on the curb overnight without providing/offering some kind of container. I live in a very windy city and often can't leave things outside overnight, and since they don't pickup at a consistent time in the morning, I miss getting it out on time sometimes. Other than that, 2 thumbs up!

When we moved to our area 5 years ago, I was so disappointed we didn’t have curbside recycling. We are so happy to have Recyclops and glad they service rural areas that often don’t have any options. They make it very easy to know exactly what can and can’t be recycled and have options for weekly or bi-weekly service. I feel so much better knowing I’m recycling whatever I can!

Our city does not provide recycling services, so Recyclops has been a great affordable solution. When one of the franchise owners repeatedly failed to pick up recycling, Recyclops refunded our payments and took over pickups again to restore reliable service. No issues since then!

Recyclops has been a great service for us to have and they make it very easy for us to bag and leave for them. There really isn't much real effort on our part other than to tie the bag together and leave on the street on pick-up day.

I've never had an issue with this company. They are always on time in picking up my recycling. I'm grateful to have this company since my city stopped picking up recycling several years ago.

Recyclops has been providing our family an excellent quality recycle service since early in their tenure in Murfreesboro. The service informs their patrons if any change is expected and every week we get a reminder as to our pickup day. This company has NEVER missed a pickup. Accessibility to their website is easy and I truly believe that because of Recyclops (seeing the recycle bins on the curb) people are becoming more conscious about recycling and how important it is to make an effort to preserve our environment.

We’re a military family and leaving a country that is huge on recycling and coming back stateside to a town that doesn’t have a city recycling program was so weird. I want to do right for the environment and Recyclops makes it easy to do that. I feel as if I am doing something which is better than nothing. I want more people to do their part. I have had really good experiences with the customer services. My team pickups every other Monday. I missed a regular Monday pickup because I was out of town and I knew I would miss the next regular Monday pickup. So I called them. And they made a special pickup just for me. Wow!! Who else would do that!! I highly recommend Recyclops!!

The pick-up service provided by Recyclops has helped me realize my vision of educating my family and attain our waste diversion goals in the household. I’m grateful for the impact they make and have helped me make! My mother first taught me the importance of proper recycling technique years ago; since then it has been a goal of mine to instill the same level of recycling care to my daughters and their children. I stress weekly to my grandchildren that recycling gets more and more important with each generation. My son-in-law used to work for a recycling & waste diversion group and he has helped me figure out ways to make recycling more deliberate and efficient in our home! Moving to Tennessee from Chicago, I was used to having a large container to use for recycling so I was surprised to see that wasn't an option. Recyclops was the only option I had found with the convenience of not having to travel to recycle. You literally leave it at the end of your driveway and they do the rest. I do wish they'd provide something better than bags to put everything in so hoping that will be an option down the road. If you want to recycle, they are the way to go right now!
