We’re a military family and leaving a country that is huge on recycling and coming back stateside to a town that doesn’t have a city recycling program was so weird. I was so happy to find out about Recyclops and that they serviced the area. We’ve been with Recyclops for a little over 2 years now. We’re getting ready to move again and our new duty station has a city program but knowing if they didn’t have one I’m sure Recyclops would be there and we would gladly stay customers. When my city cancelled recycling, I was so bummed. Truly to make twice as much recycling in a week than I do trash and I couldn’t bear the idea of all that going into a landfill and I was not looking forward to the hassle of toting it around in my car to a recycling center on a regular basis. Recyclops makes it convenient to be conscientious.

Recyclops is a great! They provide services where no one else could. They also go above and beyond to make sure the are responsive to customers. I have lived in several places where the garbage or recycling service would occasionally miss our house. They would say nothing and we had no recourse to have our trash and recycling picked up except to wait for the next week. With Recyclops, when I noticed that they had not picked up my recycling in the morning like normal, I was able to let them know and come pick it up later that day. I noticed the employee had gone out of his way to make the pick up. Incredible service!

Recyclops has been a great addition to my neighborhood. The process is easy to start. Their customer service is quick to answer questions or resolve issues. I’m grateful that Recyclops comes and picks up our recycling, and that we’re given options such as weekly/bi-weekly and whether to have glass recycling. It’s much easier than having to lug our recyclables up to a station, and as a result, we recycle so much more. I also like that they send emails and texts with updates, such as when there’s a service interruption or when they’re on their way. Great service.

Recyclops has been providing our family an excellent quality recycle service since early in their tenure in Murfreesboro. The service informs their patrons if any change is expected and every week we get a reminder as to our pickup day. This company has NEVER missed a pickup. Accessibility to their website is easy and I truly believe that because of Recyclops (seeing the recycle bins on the curb) people are becoming more conscious about recycling and how important it is to make an effort to preserve our environment.

Since we don't have a city option, it's great that Recyclops is available to people in Beaumont, TX. "In 2022 alone, they recycled approximately 6,720,000 lbs. of materials including cardboard, aluminum, plastic and glass." We can do better, Beaumont.

Love that there is a recycling provider in my area. After years of no recycling provider, I was surprised to see that at least 70% of my trash was actually recyclable. They are a startup company, so they consolidated their customer service to email only. If you’re patient, they will get back to you in a few days and address your concern. As they grow, they’ll be able to expand their services.

The pick-up service provided by Recyclops has helped me realize my vision of educating my family and attain our waste diversion goals in the household. I’m grateful for the impact they make and have helped me make! My mother first taught me the importance of proper recycling technique years ago; since then it has been a goal of mine to instill the same level of recycling care to my daughters and their children. I stress weekly to my grandchildren that recycling gets more and more important with each generation. My son-in-law used to work for a recycling & waste diversion group and he has helped me figure out ways to make recycling more deliberate and efficient in our home! Recyclops convenient on-site pick up has saved a lot of my time, no longer having to drive to (the now closed) local recycling drop off or sorting through every piece. Having lived near the area landfill for over 30 years, I have been convicted to contribute as little to "Trash Mountain" as possible. So, we began to separate recyclable items from tin & cardboard all the way up to electronics from what we send to the landfill a long time ago. However, trips to the recycling center became time consuming. That is when we found Recyclops: a small business with great customer service, friendly owners & workers, great communication, and a cute little cyclops who reminds us weekly that Recyclops is on the way. Moving to Tennessee from Chicago, I was used to having a large container to use for recycling so I was surprised to see that wasn't an option. Recyclops was the only option I had found with the convenience of not having to travel to recycle. You literally leave it at the end of your driveway and they do the rest. I do wish they'd provide something better than bags to put everything in so hoping that will be an option down the road. If you want to recycle, they are the way to go right now!

I have never made a better decision on how to spend my money than signing up for Recyclops. I learned about this company from my church, so I felt it was very reputable. Our town (5th largest in Tennessee) did away with 90% of what can be recycled, and I found that was unacceptable. This is a very professional organization with extremely strong communication as well as customer service. I love that I can mix all my recycling materials together. I have trash pickup every week, but now I only have to put it out every other week, because I use Recyclops. Save the Earth one bag at a time!
