I’ve never had any issues with service other than the pickup comes at varying times of day. The only time this caused me to miss pickup, customer service was generous enough to arrange another pickup the next day even though it was outside my schedule.

When we moved to our area 5 years ago, I was so disappointed we didn’t have curbside recycling. We are so happy to have Recyclops and glad they service rural areas that often don’t have any options. They make it very easy to know exactly what can and can’t be recycled and have options for weekly or bi-weekly service. I feel so much better knowing I’m recycling whatever I can!

Recyclops is a great! They provide services where no one else could. They also go above and beyond to make sure the are responsive to customers. I have lived in several places where the garbage or recycling service would occasionally miss our house. They would say nothing and we had no recourse to have our trash and recycling picked up except to wait for the next week. With Recyclops, when I noticed that they had not picked up my recycling in the morning like normal, I was able to let them know and come pick it up later that day. I noticed the employee had gone out of his way to make the pick up. Incredible service!

We’re a military family and leaving a country that is huge on recycling and coming back stateside to a town that doesn’t have a city recycling program was so weird. It is difficult for me to get to the city's recycling plant on a regular basis so it is good that I have an alternate way to recycle. Recyclops has several different options that you can choose from. Whatever option you choose they are responsive and reliable to pick up your recycling on the schedule you chose. They provide the bags for your recycling so you don't need to worry about about getting the correct bags. I usually collect my cardboard for several months and then set it out with my bi-weekly bag of daily items that I have collected. I highly recommend their services.

When my city cancelled recycling, I was so bummed. Truly to make twice as much recycling in a week than I do trash and I couldn’t bear the idea of all that going into a landfill and I was not looking forward to the hassle of toting it around in my car to a recycling center on a regular basis.
