Since we don't have a city option, it's great that Recyclops is available to people in Beaumont, TX. "In 2022 alone, they recycled approximately 6,720,000 lbs. of materials including cardboard, aluminum, plastic and glass." We can do better, Beaumont.

Great company! They are providing a much needed service to the community. They are always on time for pick up on the assigned day and you can track them in the app. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend Recyclops enough!! I used to use Terracycle for my plastic bag recycling and spent hundreds of dollars buying their boxes. This is such a better solution for us (and doesn't result in months of bags piling up in my closet). I think what they accept varies by area, but at least for me in Salt Lake City, Utah... they accept plastic bags, batteries, lightbulbs, styrofoam, and clothes (and I believe those are used to help fundraise for a non-profit food pantry, which is really rad). It's really convenient, you just put a tin box on your porch overnight or in the morning & someone picks it up. I've never had issues with pickups. An email goes out that lets you know when they'll be there & they've always been on time. I see some complaints on here about customer service. I myself haven't had any issues, they are always prompt and really personable and answer my excessive questions. It feels unlikely that our governments will ever offer such comprehensive recycling programs, so I am really grateful that Recyclops fills that void!!

They pick up your recyclables every other week. For me, the price is reasonable compared to making trips to remote recycling centers. Do a bit of research, and you'll find that they're actually processing the material. Worth it.

I want to do right for the environment and Recyclops makes it easy to do that. I feel as if I am doing something which is better than nothing. I want more people to do their part. I have had really good experiences with the customer services. My team pickups every other Monday. I missed a regular Monday pickup because I was out of town and I knew I would miss the next regular Monday pickup. So I called them. And they made a special pickup just for me. Wow!! The pick-up service provided by Recyclops has helped me realize my vision of educating my family and attain our waste diversion goals in the household. I’m grateful for the impact they make and have helped me make! My mother first taught me the importance of proper recycling technique years ago; since then it has been a goal of mine to instill the same level of recycling care to my daughters and their children. I live in a rural town of Arizona. My garage company doesn’t provide recycle bins or cans even thought there is a recycling plant less than 20 mins away. I am grateful for Recyclops providing us this service. It helps teach my children what I was taught in school: reduce reuse recycle ♻️. I now don’t need my garage can picked up twice a week. I have been using Recyclops for a couple years now and highly recommend! I’m big on recycling but rarely have time to take the items myself. So I love that Recyclops comes every week and you don’t have to sort your items! They have never missed a pickup and I love the emails saying when they have come by. Recyclops has been a great addition to my neighborhood. The process is easy to start. Their customer service is quick to answer questions or resolve issues. I like the ability to track when my pick up is being handled. And I like that they recently added a glass option. Definitely a great investment in our town.

I’ve never had any issues with service other than the pickup comes at varying times of day. The only time this caused me to miss pickup, customer service was generous enough to arrange another pickup the next day even though it was outside my schedule.

So glad Recyclops is available in our area! We did previously have recycling with the city trash collection, but they discontinued it because it was “not profitable”. I love being able to put my recyclables outside for home pickup, instead of having to drive them to the local recycling bin (which is usually full). Recyclops has been very easy to work with. They send notifications of when they’re on the way for pickup, and if you miss a pickup it’s very easy to reschedule. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Recyclops has been providing our family an excellent quality recycle service since early in their tenure in Murfreesboro. The service informs their patrons if any change is expected and every week we get a reminder as to our pickup day. This company has NEVER missed a pickup. Accessibility to their website is easy and I truly believe that because of Recyclops (seeing the recycle bins on the curb) people are becoming more conscious about recycling and how important it is to make an effort to preserve our environment.

They have really great customer service and are doing their best to keep prices reasonable. If I were to criticize anything, it would their expectation to leave recyclables on the curb overnight without providing/offering some kind of container. I live in a very windy city and often can't leave things outside overnight, and since they don't pickup at a consistent time in the morning, I miss getting it out on time sometimes. Other than that, 2 thumbs up!

I recommend Recylops because Wasatch County needs this service desperately with our local recyling closed to public. Recylops is reliable and their website is very user friendly. The cost is not prohibitive and it is worthwhile. Please help preserve the earth for our next generation by recyling!

Recyclops is a great! They provide services where no one else could. They also go above and beyond to make sure the are responsive to customers. I have lived in several places where the garbage or recycling service would occasionally miss our house. They would say nothing and we had no recourse to have our trash and recycling picked up except to wait for the next week. With Recyclops, when I noticed that they had not picked up my recycling in the morning like normal, I was able to let them know and come pick it up later that day. I noticed the employee had gone out of his way to make the pick up. Incredible service!

We don’t have local government recycling service in my county anymore so Recyclops has been our only option to do the right thing! That being said, they’ve impressed us with their automated reminders, helpful app, and quick service if we have questions. They are doing a great job and we’re happy to have them servicing our area of Arizona!
